Learning about ‘ourselves’

In St Albans class we have been extremely busy settling into routines and exploring our new environment. We have been learning to be independent by finding ways to put on our own coats, making sure we go to the toilet by ourselves, putting on aprons for messy play and joining in with all the exciting indoor and outdoor learning activities. We have been developing our listening skills through songs and stories with rhythm and rhyme for example ‘Each Peach Pear Plum’ and ‘Five Little Monkeys.’
