Time to get moving – P.E.

Good morning Year 4!

We hope you are up, dressed and ready for your first day of learning from home.

What better a way to get the day started than having a workout in your living room?

Joe Wickes will be doing a P.E. Lesson every day at 9am, live on his youtube channel – The Body Coach TV.

Exercise is scientifically proven to boost your brain, decrease stress levels, increase self-esteem and self-confidence and even improve your sleep. So, no matter where you are, time to get moving!

If you don’t have access to youtube, you could:

  • Go for a walk
  • Ride your bike or scooter
  • Do the stretches in your home learning pack
  • Make a skipping rope (from recycled plastic bags) and do some skipping
