Year 4 visit HMS BELFAST

On Friday 10th May, Year 4 visited the HMS Belfast, the famous Second World War survivor and iconic London landmark.  Children explored all nine decks and discovered what life was like on board for the crew at war and at sea. All children had an amazing day!

Introducing the Ancient Maya

Our topic this half term is Ancient Maya.   We introduced the topic by sharing what we know and discussed questions that we want to find out. We then looked at pictures of different Ancient Maya artefacts and used our inference skills to make predictions about the Ancient Maya Civilization.
