Class Vs Class Competitive Matches

At the end of each games topic, pupils will have the opportunity to use their skills in a competitive match against the other class in their year group. It is something that the children enjoy preparing for, as they acquire and improve sport specific skills throughout the term.

Competitive experiences like this help children to become confident in competitive situations, and develop the way we cope when we are on a team that is winning or that is behind.

Take a look below at year 2 playing cricket matches, and year 4 playing football and dodgeball matches. We had a lot of fun!
