Hello children, even though you are at home we must remember to continue to look after each other and our planet. I have enclosed a few resources, activities and links to videos from WWF that will encourage you to use your skills to find our new facts about our world. These activities can be done independently or with your families.
Please be aware it is Earth Hour on the 28th of March 20 where millions of people around the world switch off our lights for an hour to show they care about our planet. Remember, at Rathfern we ‘take responsibility’ not only on the 28th but everyday to save energy and electricity where possible. I have enclosed a fun activity for you, please do send photo’s of your creations so I can post them on the website.
I hope that during this challenging time, some of the attached activities will inspire you to continue to look after your world and those who live on it.
