Music & Instrumental Clubs – Autumn Term 2025

We are excited to announce our School Music Clubs for the Autumn Term 2025. Below is all the essential information regarding sign-ups, payment, and terms and conditions.

Term Duration: Week commencing 22nd September 2025 to 21st November 2025

Important Dates for Sign-Ups

• Thursday 18th September – 8:00pm: Sign-up closes for clubs on Arbor

• Friday 19th September: Confirmation emails will be sent out

Club Allocation Process

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Priority will be given to children who have not attended the club in previous terms.

Payments

Payments must be made through Arbor. Cash payments will not be accepted.

If you require help with your Arbor account or need a password reset, please contact the school office or email:

If your child meets all the requirements (see terms and conditions below) and there are available spaces, you will receive a confirmation email on Friday 19th September with further details before clubs start.

Terms and Conditions

1. Continuous Enrolment for Music Clubs & Instrumental Lessons

Music clubs and instrumental lessons are continuous. Current members have from 8:00pm on Monday 8th September until 1:00pm on Friday 12th September to confirm their continuation by consenting and paying via Arbor. Please note: clubs will only be visible on Arbor if your child’s account is up to date.

2. Payment Policy

Once payment has been made, we are unable to accommodate changes of mind.

The full cost of the club must be paid to secure a place for your child.

If there is any outstanding debt on your account (for school dinners, Breakfast Club, Wraparound Care, contributions, instrumental hire, or Nursery Lunchtime), your child will not be registered for any after-school clubs. The club sign-up option will also not be activated on Arbor.

3. Club Attendance Limit

Each child can attend a maximum of two enrichment and music clubs per term, depending on available spaces.

4. Full Clubs or Account Issues

If you cannot see the club you want on Arbor, it may be because the club is full or there are outstanding debts on your account. If this happens, please contact Magda in the office or email her directly at:
finance@rathfern.lewisham.sch.uk for further assistance.

Pupil Premium Eligibility / Entitlement

Children who are eligible for Pupil Premium are entitled to:

• One free Music Club and one free Instrumental Club OR

• One free Enrichment Club and one free Music Club OR

• One free Enrichment Club and one free Instrumental Club

Any additional clubs will require the full fee.

Pupil Premium proof required.

Universal Free School Meals (UFSM)

Children in Reception to Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals. However, this does not cover the cost of clubs. Unless a child is eligible for Pupil Premium (proof is required), full club fees will apply.
