Terms and Conditions

• Continuous Enrolment: Music clubs and instrumental lessons are ongoing. Current members to confirm their continuation by consenting and paying on Arbor.
• Payment Policy: Once payment is made, refunds or changes are not permitted.
• Outstanding Debts: Any outstanding debt for meals, Breakfast Club, Wraparound care, or instrumental hire must be cleared to reserve a place.
• Club Limits: Each child may attend a maximum of 2 enrichment and music clubs per term, depending on availability.
• Full Clubs: If a club is not visible during sign-up, it may be full, or there may be outstanding debts on your account.
