School Improvement Plan
At Rathfern Primary School, we are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across all areas of school life.
Each year, the Senior Leadership Team co-constructs a School Improvement Plan (SIP) which is informed by our 5-year strategic overview and aligned with both our immediate school priorities and wider local objectives.
The School Improvement Plan identifies the key areas we are focusing on throughout the year and sets out the actions we will take to further strengthen teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes.
